Windemere’s annual membership dues cover the cost of your trash pick-up and all neighborhood events. The annual dues are $395.00, and the fiscal year is from June 1st through May 31st. We generally send our dues invoices to residents around the 1st of April. If dues are paid by June 1st, you receive a $35 discount (= $360).
